Rent a Space Alexandria located on the corner of McEvoy and Bowden Street, involves the demolition of an existing industrial warehouse. Including site remediation and the construction of a new four-level self-storage facility with administration and offices, spanning over 14,000m² of GFA.
The project is due for completion Q2 2027.
